Lumetix: Trading | Investment | Real-Estate Manangement

This Agreement is made between Lumetix Company – Trading | Investment | Real-Estate Management (hereinafter referred to as "The Manager") and the founder of the account (hereinafter referred to as "The Client"). Collectively, they shall be referred to as the "Parties," and individually as a "Party."
1.1. The Client entrusts funds ("Cash") to the Manager for management during the term specified in this Agreement. The Manager agrees to manage these funds in the Client’s best interest.
1.2. Funds are invested in financial instruments with variable returns. The Manager provides trustee services including trading currency pairs on Forex, buying and selling US securities, derivatives, and contracts on stock indices.
1.3. The Client remains the beneficiary of the funds; ownership is not transferred to the Manager.
1.4. As a public company, the Manager provides investment services to private non-resident investors worldwide through registered accounts on the Manager’s website.
1.5. This Agreement is accepted as a web document; registration of a Client account constitutes automatic acceptance of this Agreement and the Manager's Terms & Conditions.
1.6. The Manager shall provide the Client access to the website and materials required to complete account registration.
1.7. This Agreement becomes legally binding upon the Client transferring funds to the Manager through their account according to its terms.
2.1. The Manager acts in good faith and prioritizes the Client’s best interests. It has the discretion to determine the optimal method for fund management.
2.2. The Manager provides strategic cash distribution and portfolio management, either independently or through global partner brokerage firms.
2.3. Investment strategies offer portfolios with varying risk and return profiles:
